Sabrina has over 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist working in private practice. Sabrina completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth, Australia after obtaining her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. She has a comprehensive athletic background which includes playing for the University of Waterloo’s Fastpitch team, coaching fastpitch and touch football, and treating athletes. Over the years, she has worked with various levels of athletes from weekend warriors to professional athletes in the NHL and CFL. Sabrina is always taking courses to improve her manual skills and learning different perspectives of approaching an injury. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.

Sabrina uses her knowledge and experience to assess patients in detail. Her first passion is biomechanics and uses it to focus on proper mechanics/muscle activation when creating an intensive rehabilitation program for her patients. She went on to pursue her Medical Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Diean Divanbeigi is a proud graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, having completed her studies in 2022. She is currently pursuing a bachelor of science in kinesiology at York University and will continue to advance her knowledge and skill through various modalities as she is a strong believer in continuous education.

Being that Diean has life long experience in dance, gymnastics and martial arts (earning herself a black belt in Taekwondo), she has witnessed the tremendous impact of massage therapy in both athletic and casual settings. By applying her skills acquired through clinical treatment settings in school, Diean has treated individual cases ranging from acute to chronic injuries, including post operative care and rehabilitation.

Diean believes that using a combination of manual therapy and exercise is vital for rehabilitation. She uses techniques such as : stretching, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, proprioceptive neuro facilitation and joint mobilizations.

Samantha Jantos graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in March 2023 and a proud member of the OSTCAN association. The CAO and OSTCAN adhere to the highest international standards in education and professionalism with all of their members completing 4200 hours of education, and a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice and training. Samantha also had previously graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Kinesiology degree and Health Promotion Diploma in 2016.

Throughout her training and experience, Samantha has worked with many individuals of all ages with acute and chronic cases. Utilizing a holistic whole body approach, she works with the body and it’s natural ways to healing itself.

In her spare time, Samantha loves playing sports (mostly hockey and softball), spending time with friends and family, and taking long walks with her dog - Scooby.

Alexis graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University, with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy after obtaining her BSc Life Sciences at McMaster University and Honours BSc Kinesiology at York University. She has been working and volunteering within the rehabilitation world for the past decade, previously as a physiotherapy assistant (PTA) and Office Administrator before completing her physiotherapy training, further solidifying her knowledge of the physiotherapy field.

Alexis is a former alpine ski racer with qualifications as a Level 1 CSAI ski instructor and Level 1 CSIS coach. She enjoys being outdoors no matter the weather and is a keen hiker, road biker, and runner. More recently, she has found enjoyment in CrossFit.

Along with athletics, Alexis continues to further her education to build her knowledge of sports medicine and body mechanics. She has completed a Kinesiology Taping course and an Intensive Sports Massage course in the UK. As well, she has obtained her Fascial Stretch Therapy certificate, has completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program and the Skills-In-Hand Foundations in Neuro-Functional Assessment. Alexis is also certified in Emergency Medical Responder First Aid.

With her background in athletics, avid interest in continuous learning, and being a true weekend warrior, Alexis believes she connects with her patients throughout the rehabilitation process in order to get them back to the activities that matter most to them.

Midori graduated with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Midori is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, as well as the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

As an alumnus of the National Ski Academy and a former FIS level alpine ski racer, Midori enjoys working with athletes of all sports, levels, and ages. She is a member of the National Coaching Certification Program and holds certifications as a CSCF ski racing coach and a CSIA ski instructor to share her passion for sport by training young athletes since 2008. She believes her experience with the highs and lows of rehabilitation and training serve as an advantage to her practice.

Midori has taken several continued professional development courses upon graduating to apply a holistic person-centered approach when developing individualized treatments for her patients. She is a level 1 pelvic health physiotherapist, able to provide treatment for men and women with pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has also obtained a stroke competency certificate and a FIFA football medicine diploma. In 2019 she completed advanced level vestibular rehabilitation courses to help those with dizziness, vertigo, eye tracking issues and concussions. Midori is comfortable providing treatments for various conditions within cardiorespiratory, neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Midori wishes to pursue further pelvic health levels and has begun her education in acupuncture.
